You're Tweet!

You're so "tweet" that I made this Kraft container for you

to hold a treat of Hershey's Nuggets with almonds.

I promise to keep it filled, too!

Because I know those Nuggets won't last long!

April SOTM--My Sunshine

Soaring with Dream Pop

Dream Pop papers are one of my favorite packets of all time! 

For this "Soar" card (in celebration of a graduation or an important life event), I stamped the hot air balloon twice (April's Stamp of the Month) and used pop dots to create two-dimensional layers. I cut the clouds free-hand. The "Soar" stamp is from "Find Your Style".

I tied triple-twisted strands of Baker's Twine and accented with white buttons.

It's always a nice surprise to open a card and find a pop of color there, too!

Inside sentiments are from the "Celebrate the Everyday" stamp set.
 

This card is for a very special young woman who recently soared and "landed" her dream job. You go, girl!

We got a cold, rainy day today, so I decided to stay in and play!

For this 4 x 5.5 inch card, I used the new Close To My Heart "Dream Pop" papers and the April Stamp of the Month (My Sunshine) for the bird and the "You're tweet" sentiment. Accents are the Durables Artisan Studs.

Dream Pop's packet includes some bright and shiny embossed cardstock--a real treat to use--some great eye candy for cards and scrapbook layouts!
