Pregnancy Album -- Sweet Pea Papers

These snow days are good for me -- I can sit in a cozy studio and create to my heart's content, dreaming about the gardens for Spring.


Here's my most recent paperart made with Close To My Heart Sweet Pea papers and 99% CTMH embellishments. The pink pearl is the "other."


The "My Pages Talk" recorder is on the back cover, so the parents-to-be can record baby's heartbeats at a doctor's visit, or their own love message to her.


Babies are God's signs that the world must go on ... I'm hearing a LOT of expectant baby news for 2010 and that's GREAT news!


January is "Celebrate Life" month, specifically "Life Day" on January 21. Praying for all babies, especially the unborn, everywhere, that they might enjoy life and love that their Creator intends for them!

Congratulations ...

to our friends, Kathy & Mike, who recently became grandparents for the first time! We haven't heard much from them, so we assume they're elbow-deep in helping with feedings, diaper changes, and watching the new baby girl minute by minute as she grows.

I used CTMH Sweet Pea papers, Blush and Sweet Leaf inks, and blush sheer ribbon for this card. The pearls from H*****L***** on the baby's "beebo" and right side really do match the pink paper (goofy lighting). The inspiration for the card design is from a "thanks" card made by Teresa Kline.

Spring Stuff--Pails & Boxes

I'm thinking of ways to use CTMH papers and embellies to make these $1 Target pails fancy-pretty for some little girls' Easter surprises!

In the meantime, here are two more memory keeper boxes -- Emily helped me with the Sweet Pea box and accompanying album, and the simple blue box is for a future wedding. A photo needs to be added to the top to finish it.
