Grandparents Day is EVERY day for us with this so, so sweet child in our family ... What a treasure little ee is along with her parents.
Here are some summer photos from an afternoon playing on the deck and a day at a winery where E & C played their steel drums and sang together.

Thanks, Hope! It has been a challenge for our own kids to live their entire lives 500 and 700 miles from their grandparents, seeing them only 2-3 times a year. We're VERY thankful that our granddaughter is only an hour's drive away. Thank God for photos, email, phone calls, web cams, and snail mail too! I wish your kids' grandparents could be close for daily contact--but your kids can build a rich relationship with their grandparents through the years & give skin to skin hugs when they are together!
