Shadow Shot Sunday

The afternoon shadows were long when I took this photo
of my niece and her daughter at historic Forest Park,
site of the 1904 World's Fair.

I'm longing for some sunshine!
Please, sunshine, come back, come back! And stay!

Happy weekend, everyone!

The love of mom and daughter is something you could never stage. Never rehearsed, the adoration and caring are for all to see. The precious life, I remember so much of these scenes from our two. lthough in college now, your pos brings them all back!

Awww...that's such a happy scene! And a wonderful shadow accompanying it!

I think the sunshine is so busy doing such a brilliant job over here that many parts of the world have been neglected. Sorry about that. It seems that we are hoggers of sunshne over here. We truly don't mean to be :)

Sunshine, I think I heard of that. One day my Katelyn played shadow tag with her shadow. It was cute, I saw here in the yard and I asked her what she was doing. She answered playing tag with- I forgot what she named him- my shadow. Great Picture!!Such elation for the mom to play with baby.
