After getting home and before Emily dropped Ella off for a play date with Gramma, I made this super-simple two-page layout of a day we three spent together at the pool this summer. Double click to enlarge a photo.
I used Close To My Heart Life Delights papers and Stickease, white flower brads, cranberry mini brads, cranberry ribbon, and Flip Flaps to get more photos onto each page. The Stickease letters are on papers punched with the Giga Marvy scallop punch. The photos aren't great since I took them with the Memory Protectors on the pages, but that's the best way to show the Flip Flaps. These products make scrapbooking so fast and fun, especially when it's so hard to choose only a few photos on a traditional layout. Now we can layer the photos and do a little flip-flappin' to tell the whole story!

Really creative layouts! Love the pictures. Summer went by too fast. Glad your eyes are feeling better. Ella loves her playtime with Gramma!
Jane,
What a fun layout! I love the flip-flaps! I bought some (inspired by Tresa, I think) and still haven't used them!!! Shame on me!
Your layout is so cute - what fun memories of playing in the summer!
I'm also very grateful to hear that you have no corneal damage. You had the worst case I've ever seen!!!
Hugs!
great use of those flip flaps. Really cute.
Adorable pages! Love the layout sketch and all the details. But the pictures are fantastic too.
Hope you get better and better each day. Will be praying for it.
I'm so glad to hear all is well with your eyes! Phew! A week in the dark does not sound fun! These are very sweet looking layouts :)
